Maria Elena Bello

 Maria Elena Bello, born April 18, 1967 in the United States, is an actress as well as a writer, producer, and director. Permanent Midnight (1998), Payback (1999), Coyote Ugly ((2000), The Cooler (3), A History of Violence (2004), The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor (2009), Grown Ups (2010) and Prisoners (2013) were a few of her film roles. On television, Bello appeared as Dr. Anna Del Amico on the medical drama ER (1997-1998), with various other roles as a star, including Lucy Robbins on the series Touch in 2013. She also starred as Michelle McBride on the first season of the series Goliath in 2016, and from 2017 through 2021 as Special Agent Jacqueline "Jack" Sloane on the series NCIS. Bello was raised in Norristown to Kathy Bello and Joe Bello. Bello pursued a degree in politics at Villanova University. Bello continued to train in acting through participation in numerous New York theatre productions. Bello and Dan McDermott have a son, Jackson. [18] She published a blog in November of 2013 about her same-sex relationship, Clare Munn, and how it ended. The book she wrote was published, Whatever...Love Is LOVE: Questioning The Labels We Give Ourselves, (Dey Street Books) on April 28, 2015.
